I have had the pleasure of participating in a bible study group led by Tina. I have found that Tina has many excellent leadership traits. Namely, she is knowledgeable, caring, focused, multi-talented,
eager to learn, and very humble. She will be a wonderful leader for some lucky parish.

When away for a two week period at the faith community I serve at Brooksby Village, I contacted Tina appreciating her leadership, grasp of scripture, attention to detail and rapport with others. Since returning, I had the occasion to watch a visual recording of her preaching. I can say without reserve that Tina is a natural when it comes to preaching and worship leadership. She projects a warm and confident presence, possessing a clear and solid tone in her speaking voice. Her sermon itself contained relevant illustrations, and its theme resonated throughout. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Tina. She is a credit to the ministry. The congregation that calls her will be blessed with a faithful, compassionate, capable and vibrant pastor.

Tina did one of her internships in the continuing care building of Brooksby 2013-2014). As her supervisor, I worked closely with Tina as she grew in her ability to pastor our elderly residents. Her work included counseling, vigiling and support for families of the dying, planning and leading services, visitation and forming a support group for those who were transitioning to assisted care. Observing her work was a great joy. She has an easy, relaxed, serene manner, an innate ability to create personal relationships and a true pastoral presence. I would recommend her to any parish, secure in the knowledge that she would become a beloved pastor in short order.

Tina helps me understand scripture and the bible with real life examples. She led my youth group on a hike and when we were on top of the mountain, she helped me get up to the last part of the hike. She helped me realize how much I had accomplished that day.

Tina rocks! She's very friendly, she listens well and is very adventurous. I love her.
